Physical movement will issue endorphins. Endorphin is known as “happy hormones” because they cause feelings of happiness. Daily exercise program will maintain the health of your body and boost the immune system, so you are better able to cope with stress.
One type of exercise that can be tried is cardiovascular or aerobic exercise. This is the type of exercise that will make you move also keeps the heart ‘you are healthy and maintained body weight. You can also jogging, swimming or cycling. The point is to find a sport you love. Sports are fun would be the best stress medicine.

It has demonstrated its importance to weight control, cholesterol reduction, proper maintenance of blood glucose, reducing the risk of heart disease and sudden death, and is being studied which can exert positive influence on organic diseases such as diabetes, osteoporosis, hypertension, alcoholism, smoking, and mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, mental retardation, etc …

The best thing is to make 3 or 4 hours per week of exercise. We can choose the ones you like best or that best suits our skills: swimming, jogging, aerobics, gymnastics, soccer, basketball, walking at a fast pace …
